You just received a booking request and are wondering what is next? Here we explain all steps of a booking.
- Booking requested: a customer has finalized the booking, congratulations! You are notified and have 24 hours to either accept and confirm the booking or decline.
- Booking declined: you can decline the booking and the customer will not be charged. You can also chat with the customer to see if another timeslot would be feasible as well and ask for a new booking request.
- Booking accepted: you accepted the request! You can chat with the client in case of further details to get to the experience well prepared.
- Booking completed: hooray! We hope you enjoyed the experience. Is now time to show your appreciation or any feedback by providing a review. Crion is first a community: your review will be very useful for the next booking, it takes only 2 minutes to leave a comment. The traveler will do the same to you.
