Rock climbing and mountain lifestyle are Xiao’s passion and therapy. First discovered rock climbing during her fresh year in college in Beijing, China, Xiao did not like rock climbing, because she thought the sport is for men. Luckily, the adrenaline and excitement of rock climbing brought her back and eventually took her to the United States and pushed her to pursue her American Dream. Now she is a certified climbing instructor and personal trainer specializing in climbing movement and training for high performance in rock climbing. Xiao loves all types of climbing. You can always find her scrambling around a boulder, roped up for a multi-pitch cliff, or trying to put her hands or fist into a crack. With rich climbing experience and a global sense of culture, Xiao is stoked to share her experience with whoever wants to climb and adventure in a safe and fun environment!
