This full two-day climbing camp will equip you with advanced climbing techniques, help you conquer the fear of falling, and boost your confidence in being an independent climber! Guided by high-performance climbers with tons of outdoor climbing experience You will climb the stunning limestone rock in the newest Colorado state park. Day 1
Meet at the trailhead at 8 am, hike to the crag, break the ice, and spread the LNT and safety basics. Morning: warmup for the outdoors, easy climbing session at your onsight level. Find the feelings of true rock. Coaching topics: effective warmups for outdoor climbing, read the holds, movement crash-course, clip and rest for sport climbing. Afternoon: find your project and climb it, whipper practice, breath work, climbing pace, lead belay techniques. Head out around 4:30 pm and have dinner together.
Day 2
Hike to the crag at 8 am. Morning: warm up on easy routes, red point techniques, get on your project without trying too hard. Afternoon: send your project! Share our thoughts and head out at 4:30 pm.
